Denise provides excellent plan reviews. She’s one if not the best plan reviewer of all our inspectors. We really appreciate the time, effort, and expertise that she exhibits on her plan reviews!!! It is/was especially important on this project.
The CNA provider did an excellent job of utilizing the current CNA template correctly and providing both narratives and reports that were well assembled and demonstrated a clear understanding of the separation of rehabilitation scopes of work / costs versus maintenance and operational scopes of work / costs. By doing so, the CNA provider made our review of these documents easier and simpler to complete.
