CHS’s un-paralleled experience in this industry, allows us to make wise decisions regarding the design and material selection for projects. The principals of the firm work directly with owners to assure that projects are completed on time and on budget. Their attention to detail and concern for the end result can be seen in the vast projects that have been completed.
CHS participates in many projects that utilize multiple funding sources including but not limited to private financing, CDBG, HUD Capital Fund Program, Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC 4%,9%); Historic Tax Credits, State and City Funding etc. CHS has completed physical assessments, strategic plans, architectural/engineering design, energy audits and utility assessments for the following affordable housing entities
