Professional Experience
Mr. Mack has over 20 years of architectural experience. This experience has been diverse and has included; multifamily housing renovation, educational, commercial and retail design, specification writing, code compliance, and construction administration.
Mr. Mack is a Registered Architect (2004), LEED AP, and has a broad knowledge of architectural design including planning for multi-family housing renovation. He has been responsible for the preparation of design documents, specifications, historical coordination, and construction administration for renovation projects related to housing programs. He has also prepared numerous Physical/ Capital Needs and Section 504 Assessments for various housing authorities and residential developers.

Assembled Construction Documents for modernization of the elderly housing development Capitol Station including dwelling units, site, and common spaces. Modernization includes updated fixtures and finishes, accessibility improvements, HVAC and lighting energy efficiency improvements, and window replacement.
Assembled Construction Documents for accessibility improvements including dwelling units, site, and common spaces at the elderly housing developments Salem Manor (Fort Wayne, IN) and Pickfair Square (Pickerington, OH) to bring them into Fair Housing, ADA, and UFAS compliance.
Prepared OHFA LIHTC Application Documents for modernization of the elderly housing developments Cherry Arbors (North Lewisburg, OH) & Shawnee Springs (Bellefontaine, OH).
Mobile Housing Authority (MHA) (2019-present)
Assembled Construction Documents for accessibility improvements including dwelling units, offices and sites at eight developments and also Central Offices and Section 8 Offices to bring MHA into compliance with the VCA agreement.
Virgin Islands Housing Authority (VIHA) (2017-present)
Assembled Construction Documents for roof replacements, interior repairs, and exterior repairs incurred during hurricanes Irma and Maria at Marley Homes and Addition and WHIM Gardens developments. Documents include updated FEMA hurricane resistant designs and mitigation practices.

Assembled Construction Documents and acted as Site Superintendent from excavation to turnover at closing for 4135 Witler and 1722 Hanfield new single-family home construction as part of the Northside Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
Assembled Construction Documents and Performed Construction Observation and Contractor Payment Review for 4126-28 & 4132 Witler home renovation as part of the Northside Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
