Professional Experience
Brian Yacucci has over twenty years of experience in the field of architecture. His experience focuses on pragmatics of the design field. He has developed over 1,000 Capital/Physical Needs Assessments, over 200 Section 504 Accessibility Assessment Transition Plans, Mr. Yacucci is a Registered Architect, NCARB Certificate Holder, and maintains an International Code Council (ICC) Certification for Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner. Brian also serves as a Construction Contract Administrator including: construction observation, troubleshooting, contract interpretation, owner/contractor negotiations, and other field services for our design projects. His design education and interest in construction enable him to make decisions in the field while considering the overall design of the project.
Brian Yacucci joined Creative Housing Solutions Inc. in 2004 providing Capital/Physical Needs Assessment preparation, Disability Accessibility expertise, construction administration services, consulting services, and construction document preparation.
Brian Yacucci has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and provides design consultation and construction administration proficiency. He also has been responsible for construction contract administration of numerous projects as well as preparation of construction documents and various reports related to public and assisted housing programs.
