Professional Experience

 

Ms. Ryan has over 30 years of architectural experience. This experience has included; multifamily housing renovation, commercial and retail design, building assessments, energy audits, specification writing, planning and modernization program administration.   Ms. Ryan is a Registered Architect (1996), LEED Accredited Professional (2009), and Certified Energy Manager (2011) and specializes in architectural design and planning for multi-family housing renovation. She has been responsible for the preparation of design documents and specifications for numerous renovation projects, energy audit studies, reports and schematic design concepts related to affordable housing.

As a member of Creative Housing Solutions, Inc. Ms. Ryan has designed over $55 million dollar worth of (new and renovation projects for public housing agencies. She has served as the project architect for several new construction and renovation projects as well as for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. She has completed 130+ physical condition assessments and over 50 energy audits for numerous affordable housing providers.
